With over a decade of experience organizing and leading group tours, and extensive travel planning experience across Europe, we have the knowledge, resources, and creativity to put together a trip made just for you!

How does it work?

1. Tell us what you're thinking. Begin by filling out our travel interest form. After we receive your form, we'll reach out to you within 1-2 business days to begin the next steps in planning your vacation.

2. A quick chat. After looking over your travel interest form, we'll set up a time for a quick chat so we can dig deeper into what will be the perfect vacation for you. This chat (either over video chat or on the phone) will typically take about 30 minutes. If it's better for you, though, we can also just email back and forth--whatever you prefer.

3. Forms and Fees. Ready to move forward? Next we'll send you a few forms: a new client form, a passport form, and an invoice for our Trip Planning fee. Our Trip Planning fee starts at $229 per household for a single-destination, fully-customized vacations, but fees will depend on the complexity, length, and location of your vacation. This flat fee covers all of our research, planning, and organizing, as well as our support and assistance both before and during the trip.

4. Travel planning begins! Next, we begin the research to build a first draft of your itinerary. This typically takes about one-two weeks. We first focus on getting the important framework pieces in place: hotels, flights, and other transportation. Once you see the itinerary, we can then make changes and modifications until it's perfect. At that point, a deposit would be due to hold things (this is typically the flight cost plus a portion of the remaining costs).

5. Final touches. We can then add any additional things you'd like (tours and excursions, restaurant recommendations, etc.). We'll also build a beautiful, functional online itinerary where you can easily access all information about your trip in one place (it's a live link, so if we add things or make further changes, they'll be reflected there). Your final payment would be due typically about two months out from your departure.
